Mathematical modeling of the brain (Computational neuroscience)
In my laboratory, each student first learns the programming language and the basics of numerical analysis, and then starts the study for thesis. I hope the studients acquire the techniques of mathematical engineering as well as the way of thinking based on it, to actively make use of them after graduation. I also welcome foreign students who are highly motivated in studying in the laboratory.
